      WAREHOUSE SUPERVISOR
      Responsible for the overall warehouse operations on PM 12 hour rotational shift, specifically inventory control, warehouse management systems, order picking, shipping, safety and sanitation. Supports direct sales deliveries as required. Ensures that all warehouse goals are met and supports the departmental objectives and the company strategies. Implements and promotes continuous improvement.
      MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
      Responsible for the integrity of the physical inventories, record keeping, documentation and ensuring timely and accurate reconciliation and reporting of all warehouse transactions.
      Independently responsible for efficient and effective operations of shipping and receiving, ensuring all policies and procedures are followed properly.
      Executes direct sales deliveries as required.
      Establish, maintain and promote high standards of customer service.
      Manages to budget.
      Execute against standards of the performance goals.
      Support the required service strategies.
      Familiar with current policies ensuring proper and uniform administration of its provisions.
      Maintain departmental programs which assure full compliance with Federal and State warehouse safety and sanitation standards.
      Maintain sanitation standards and recordkeeping as required for all warehouse facilities. Participate in outside audits as required.
      Responsible for warehouse fleet management, maintenance, training and recordkeeping.

      QUALIFICATIONS
      (Required knowledge, skills, and abilities)
      BA or BS college degree REQUIRED
      3 -5 years of supervisory experience in a warehousing and or logistical environment and ability to work independently with minimal supervision required
      Ability to work rotating shifts and or weekends in support of a flexible sales operation
      Excellent interpersonal skills; ability to provide accurate, timely, courteous and professional communication, and a strong desire to reach resolutions.
      Required knowledge of accepted quality assurance procedures and guidelines, effective oral and written communication skills and expertise in the areas of human relations skills and customer service.
      Working knowledge of PC based systems; expertise in Microsoft Word, Excel and extensive knowledge of RF systems
      Problem solving and planning skills with a focus on the ability to plan, prioritize and execute are essential to the position
      Ability to direct, consult, gain consensus and effective delegation also required
      Ability to effectively communicate orally and in writing at all levels of the organization
      Proficient knowledge of warehouse inventory management procedures required
